RENTAL AGREEMENT & POLICIES
1. AUTHORIZED OPERATORS & AGE REQUIREMENTS
The renter assumes full financial and legal liability for the Vessel and the actions of anyone in their group.
All operators of this Personal Watercraft (PWC) must be at least 25 years of age.
All operators must provide proof of a valid driver’s license.
All operators born on or after January 1, 1989, must provide proof of a valid state approved boating safety certificate prior to launch.
2. DAMAGE DEPOSIT & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Renter agrees to a $750.00 Security Deposit hold on their credit card. The Renter is fully responsible for all damage, lost equipment, or retrieval costs up to the full replacement value of the vessel and equipment.
3. LATE RETURNS
Late Fee: Returns more than 10 minutes past the designated end time will incur a $50 fee per 30 minutes.

OPERATIONAL RULES & PROHIBITIONS
The renter and all additional operators explicitly agree to strictly abide by the following operational mandates:
-No Racing
-Use of Personal Watercraft To Jump Wakes, Swells, or Waves Is Expressly Prohibited
-Use of Vessels To Cut In Front of Other Vessels or Between Multiple Vessels Is Expressly Prohibited
-Operators of a vessel must slow the vessel to a “no wake” speed whenever the vessel is within fifty (50) feet of any pier, dock, wharf, boathouse, boat ramp, persons in the water, or any vessel except other personal watercraft being rented, loaned or entrusted to persons within the same rental, loaned or entrusted group
-Do Not Navigate in Swimming Areas
-No Diving from Vessel
-No ‘Hot Dogging’ or ‘Reckless Operation’
-No Alcohol Beverages and/or Narcotics
-Personal watercraft must be turned off whenever a person in the water is attempting to get back on the “personal watercraft.
-All persons must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life preserver at all times while on the Vessel.
-All persons must adhere to local personal watercraft and boat safety laws at all times.
PROTECTIVE WETSUIT REFUSAL AGREEMENT
All persons to be aboard a "personal watercraft" must wear a wetsuit bottom or clothing that provides equivalent protection in order to protect the person’s orifices from severe internal injuries that can occur if water is forced into body cavities as a result of being near the jet thrust nozzle.
(To be signed ONLY if the operator or passenger refuses to wear approved protective clothing)
I have been informed of the severe risk of internal injuries resulting from high-pressure water jet thrust. Despite this warning, I choose to decline wearing a wetsuit bottom or equivalent protective clothing. I assume all risk of injury and hold Wakeit Adventures LLC harmless for any resulting damages or medical costs. (Any minor refusing to wear a wetsuit bottom must have a parent/legal guardian sign).
RELEASE OF LIABILITY & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. THIS IS A WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
In consideration of being permitted to rent, operate, or ride on the Vessel, I, the undersigned Operator, on behalf of myself and any passengers under my care, agree to the following:
1. ASSUMPTION OF INHERENT RISKS
I acknowledge that the operation of a PWC is inherently dangerous. Risks include but are not limited to; collision with hidden underwater obstacles, mechanical failure, and exposure to extreme weather. These may result in property damage, injury, or death.
Pregnancy Warning: Any female known to be pregnant is hereby warned and informed of the inherent dangers involved with participating in the use and/or operation of the Vessel, and assumes all risks if choosing to participate.
2. TOWABLES & WATERSPORTS CLAUSE
I acknowledge that engaging in watersports, including but not limited to towing tubes, wakeboards, or skiers behind the Vessel, significantly increases the risk of injury. I assume all risks associated with the use of towable add-ons, including whiplash, impact injuries, and drowning.
3. HOLD HARMLESS & INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Wakeit Adventures LLC, its owners, and agents, from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, or liabilities arising from ordinary negligence, property damage, personal injury, or death arising out of or relating to the rental, use, operation, or possession of the vessel, towables, or any other provided equipment.
4. SAFETY BRIEFING & FITNESS TO OPERATE
I agree that prior to taking possession of the Vessel, I and all additional operators will participate in a mandatory orientation provided by Wakeit Adventures LLC. I understand that the rental will not commence until this briefing is completed. I further certify that at the time of operation, no operator will be intoxicated, have alcohol or drugs in their possession, or be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this entire Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver, fully understand its terms, and agree to be bound by them on behalf of myself and any passengers under my care.
